I’v e been trying to get my monthly sales calls done for all my accounts in the city today and yesterday, both for that, and in case we lock down again. I’ve been to quite a few that have boarded themselves up and are closing early tonight, and have also been noticing a larger than normal amount of firearms casually sitting out in back offices or underneath registers. Hopefully, it’s all prec autionary and proves unnecessary, but it's a lot of plywood to be buying on a whim. These guys are invested in these neighborhoods, they do have the pulse of the street to a good extent.

I keep seeing this but living in Minneapolis I can say that the locals are not interested in conflict around the vote. Cities are pretty much Democratic Party monocultures, not enough variability to cause conflict. Now, if some exurban folks ride in to challenge voter eligibility, that could go badly.

Let’s hope we have an orderly day and take the rest of the month as it comes.
